Customer Review: Excellent So Far!

Purchased this to replace a screw-on PUR filter that had lasted us a couple of years, but was getting to heavy for the spout.
The installation was pretty easy- no plumber needed for me. Instructions are well written, but make sure you read them at least twice before beginning. There are no places that I can see where it would be easy to mess up. But installation is certainly not as easy as the box suggests it is!
I used the main faucet sprayer hole to install this, as I was not going to try to drill another hole through our stainless kitchen sink!
Two minor (picky) issues:
1. Because it is mounted off the the right of the sink, when you turn it on high, the water tends to splash out of the sink. People with deeper sinks probably won't have this issue.
2. The stream of water coming out is sideways. This is caused by the rubber gasket up in the spout that I can't seem to move (it was pre-installed). It still works fine, just the stream of water is not direct, straight down.
Overall, great product for the price. I have not seen the drip problem described in a previous reviews.
